225 million rubles will be allocated for development of Burzyansky tourist cluster

The federal budget will transfer 200 million rubles for the development of the Burzyansky tourism and recreation cluster within the framework of the “Development of domestic and inbound tourism in the Russian Federation” program. It is reported by RBC-Ufa. The republican budget will co-finance the project in the amount of 25 million rubles. These funds will be received in 2021 and will be directed to the construction of access roads, power lines, water and gas pipelines.

The Burzyansky cluster covers the territory of Burzyansky, Kugarchinsky, Kuyurgazinsky districts of the republic. The main tourist object is a Kapova Cave (Shulgan-Tash) with rock paintings of the Stone Age.

The total investment in the project is about 3 billion rubles, the investor is Yulbars LLC. The company has been working in tourism for many years in the territory of Burzyansky and Kugarchinsky districts; it has built a three-star hotel in the Starosubkhangulovo district center, having invested 300 million rubles in it.
