Housing cost in Bashkortostan and other regions of Russia is named

UFA, 1 October 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. The experts of the Domofond.ru real estate website have announced the prices for existing housing in the regions of Russia, including Bashkiria.
The cost of one square meter of housing in the republic as a whole in the third quarter of this year reached 48,830 rubles. This is by 0.4% more than in the second quarter of 2018.
A decline in prices for apartments was recorded in 18 regions of the country, increase - in 62 in the last quarter. The invariable cost of housing was registered only in two regions of Russia.
The leader among the regions of the country for the increase in the cost per square meter of housing was the Sakhalin region - plus 5.1%. Thus, if in the second quarter one square meter was estimated here at 93 708 rubles, then in the third – at 98 502.
St. Petersburg took the conditional second place, where a square meter of housing has risen in price by 2.8% and reached 119 732 rubles.
The growth of prices for apartments in the Nenets Autonomous District is behind the "northern capital" by only thousandths. As a result of an increase of 2.8%, the average price in the region was 66,067 rubles per square meter.
The ten leading regions for the growth of house prices also included: Crimea, Sevastopol, Novosibirsk Region, Khabarovsk, Trans-Baikal Territory, Krasnoyarsk Territory, and Karelia.
As for the neighboring regions of Bashkiria, for example, in the Chelyabinsk region, one square of housing decreased by 0.6% in the third quarter of this year and amounted to an average of 33,942 rubles.
In the Perm region, apartment prices grew by 0.5% and reached 44,310 rubles for the quarter. In Tatarstan, the housing increased in price by 1.1% for the same time - an average of 56,366 rubles per square meter.
It became more expensive to buy an apartment in the housing market in the Samara region by 0.6% - 49,816 rubles per square meter.
In Sverdlovsk and Orenburg regions, on the contrary, there was a slight decrease in prices - by 0.4 and 0.1%, respectively, or 43 535 and 42 231 rubles per square meter, experts said.
