Bashkir honey won three medals of "Apislavia" - European Beekeeping Championship

Beekeepers from Bashkiria won medals of all merits at the 22nd International Congress of Beekeeping Organizations "Apislavia" held in Moscow. The first place in the category "Comb Honey" was taken by the beekeeper Rustem Rezbaev from the Sterlitamak district, the second place in the category "Light Polyflora Honey" – went to Karim Galin from the Burzyan region, the third place in the category "Monoflora Lime Honey" - to the beekeeper Yuri Anopchenko from Ishimbay district. The vice-president of the Interregional Association for coordination of activities of large beekeepers, processors of honey and scientists Sergey Mulyukov shared the information with Bashinform News Agency.

The exhibition was attended by more than three thousand beekeepers from more than 40 countries. As Sergey Mulyukov said, if "Apimondia" can be compared with the World Cup, then "Apislavia" is the European Championship.

In 2021, Bashkiria will host the 47th International Beekeeping Congress "Apimondia".
