1.1 billion rubles will be directed for Olympic Park development in Ufa

UFA, 24 September 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. It is planned to create a center for international tourism at the Olympic Park ski resort in Ufa. The project of Positiv LLC (Ufa) with an estimated investment of 1.1 billion rubles is included in the List of Priority Investment Projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The investor intends to build a hotel complex for 100 rooms, recreation areas, sports facilities and medical infrastructure.

According to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic, the updated tourist site should start operating since 2020. 295 employees will be additionally recruited for the service of tourists.

The investor expects that the inclusion of his project in the category of priority for the republic will allow him to lease land without bidding and tax incentives.

At present, the list of priority investment projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan includes 71 projects with a total investment of 230.7 billion rubles.
