Industrial production increased by 3.5% in Bashkiria in January-August

UFA, 20 September 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. The industrial production index in Bashkortostan in January-August amounted to 103.5%, in August - 105%. New data was published by the republican department of Rosstat.

Thus, the production volume in the extractive industries increased by 6.1% in January-August compared to the comparable indicator of the previous year. The turnover of organizations for this type of activity in the current prices has formed in the amount of 99 billion rubles.

The cumulative result of processing industries was plus 2.2%. The turnover amounted to 946 billion rubles.

The enterprises engaged in providing electricity, gas and steam increased production volumes by 1.4% (total turnover amounted to 153 billion rubles), water supply and wastewater, waste collection and disposal, elimination of pollution by 8% (turnover - 19 billion rubles).
