Bashkir Breeding Plant is on sale for 38 million rubles

UFA, 17 September 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. Vnesheconombank's investment company (VEB Capital) sells the Maxim Gorky Breeding Plant in Belebey District. The enterprise is in federal ownership. The bidding is scheduled for October 2.

100% of stake in the enterprise is on sale. The shares nominal value is 23.2 million rubles. The initial bidding price is 38 million rubles.

Earlier the breeding plant was repeatedly offered for bidding. At the end of 2015, the territorial administration of the Federal Property Management Agency for Bashkortostan sold it for 63.19 million rubles. Then, the price was revised several times decreasingly.

JSC "Maxim Gorky Breeding Plant" specializes in the stock-rearing, cultivation of grain and fodder crops.
