82 employers are officially recognized as socially responsible in Bashkortostan

The Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov reported this at a meeting of the Republican Tripartite Commission for Regulation of Social and Labor Relations, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of social partnership in the region.

82 organizations are included in the register of socially responsible employers since 2015, the head of the republic noted.

“Certainly, this is not enough as there are thousands of organizations operating in the republic. But 82 of them demonstrate a truly responsible attitude to labor issues”, said Rustem Khamitov.

The head of Bashkortostan stressed that the republic supported and would continue to support employers who "take care of the jobs safety, occupational health, find opportunities to raise wages, provide social benefits, including housing."

"Efforts should be made to increase such employers’ number every year", Rustem Khamitov said.
