Bashkiria priority projects list included greenhouse, farm and factory

The list of Priority Investment Projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan is supplemented. The meeting of the relevant commission was held in Ufa yesterday, the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development RB informs. Experts approved the granting of state support to investors of three projects with a total value of 1.1 billion rubles.

ElCom LLC requests tax benefits for the construction of the BIT plant in the Zubovo settlement of the Ufa district for the production of wall and floor electrical enclosures, housings for data storage and processing centers, cable-penetration fittings, glued boxes, and metal structures. The cost of the industrial facility is estimated at 651 million rubles. The plant is planned to be commissioned in 2023. The production will employ 213 people.

"Yanaulsky" greenhouse plant LLC will build a greenhouse block with an area of 1.5 hectares in the village of Kisak-Kain of Yanaul district until the end of 2019. This will allow the company to retain 62 jobs and create 13 new ones. Production of vegetables from the closed ground will grow from 1 thousand tons to 2.3 thousand tons per year. The investor counts on preferential terms of lending, subsidies and tax preferences.

Agricultural enterprise "Bazy" LLC will build a new dairy farm for 1000 heads and will develop a livestock farm for 600 heads in the village Uibulatovo Chekmagush district in the coming year. The volume of investments is 230 million rubles. The dairy-commodity complex will be able to issue more than 15,000 tons of milk annually when reaching the design capacity. 21 people will be employed at the production. The investor applies for subsidies and requests assistance in the construction of infrastructure.

The Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan carries out the support of projects for the construction of the greenhouse complex and the farm.

At present, the list of Priority Investment Projects of Bashkortostan includes 71 projects with a total value of over 230.7 billion rubles.
