Infrastructure for fertilizers sale is planned to be created in Bashkiria

The delegation of Bashkortostan and the management of LLC "PhosAgro-Region" discussed investment plans on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok. The company is proposed to create an infrastructure in the republic (logistics center, warehouses) for the sale of liquid complex fertilizers.

"Today, the republican agro-industrial complex highly needs to reform the sphere of mineral fertilizers. Therefore, we plan together with Russian manufacturers to develop a roadmap that will enable us to develop this sphere comprehensively, including agro-technologies and logistics, control tools, and evaluation of results", the Prime Minister of the Bashkir Government Rustem Mardanov said during the meeting.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development of Bashkortostan, the general director of LLC "PhosAgro-Region" Andrey Vovk confirmed the readiness of the company to keep on a reliable partnership with the Bashkir agro-industrial complex. It is planned that "PhosAgro-Region" and the Republic of Bashkortostan will sign a new memorandum on cooperation within the framework of the "Golden Autumn" Forum, which will traditionally be held in Moscow in October.

"PhosAgro-Region" is the largest Russian distribution network of mineral fertilizers, which started working with the agro-industrial complex of Bashkiria in 2015. During this time the company supplied to the republic more than 100 thousand tons of products by "PhosAgro" group from Cherepovets and Balakovo.
