Average weighted mortgage rate fell to 9.6 percent in Bashkortostan

UFA, 7 September 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. The average weighted rate on mortgage housing loans in Bashkortostan fell to 9.6 percent. Such data as of August 1 are given by the National Bank of the Republic.

On August 1, 2017, this figure was 11.5 percent, at the beginning of this year - 10.6 percent.

In January-July of 2018, 28.7 thousand mortgage housing loans were issued in Bashkiria. This is 11.2 thousand more than a year ago. The total amount of housing loans issued since the beginning of this year reached 47.602 billion rubles.

The average term of housing loans in the region has increased and is now 182.1 months or more than 15 years, the National Bank informs.

Nationwide, over the first seven months of this year, it was issued over 785,000 mortgage loans for a total of more than 1.555 trillion rubles. The period of housing loans on average in the country is 193.5 months or more than 16 years.
