Bashkiria agrarians collected more than 2.1 million tons of grain

UFA, 5 September 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. According to the latest data of the Ministry of Agriculture of Bashkiria, more than 2.1 million tons of grain were collected in the republic. The average yield per hectare is 19.3 centners.

The southern forest-steppe districts are the closest of all to complete the harvesting campaign. At the moment, more than 70 percent of grain and leguminous crops are harvested there. The republican average index is 62 percent.
