Largest companies will offer vacancies and internships at "PROFuspeh" Forum in Ufa

The registration for the First Republican Youth Employment Forum "PROFuspeh" started, which will be held at the Ufa Congress Hall on September 11. An exhibition-fair of vacancies and internships from the largest employers will be offered at the forum. Bashneft JSOC, Gazprom Transgaz Ufa LLC, Transneft-Ural JSC, PJSC UEC-UMPO, JSC BESK, JSC Sanatorium Yangan-Tau, PJSC Megafon, PJSC Bank VTB, LLC Bashkir Meat Company and other well-known companies have announced their participation.

Ten industrial sites will be organized at the forum - they will work in the format of cases, business games, lectures with the involvement of specialists from 40 enterprises of the republic and educational institutions. Participants will be able to test the chosen profession, learn about the competencies demanded by the labor market, the technology for finding vacancies and internships.

In the interactive zones, it will be possible to get consultations of specialists of the Foundation for Development and Support of Small Business of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Association of Entrepreneurs of the Republic, and the local coordinating center of WorldSkills Russia. The program also includes a roundtable on employment and career guidance.
