Ufa will host Russian Energy Forum

The 18th Russian Energy Forum and the International Exhibition "Ural Energy Sector" will take place in the capital of Bashkortostan, Ufa with the participation of foreign delegations from October 23 to 26, 2018. The corresponding order was signed by the Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkortostan Rustem Mardanov.

The document approved the composition of the organizing committee and the plan of measures for the preparation and holding of the energy forum. The Organizing Committee was headed by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan - Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Bashkortostan Evgeny Guryev. The organizational committee included members of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, representatives of ministries and departments, rectors of universities, scientists, leaders of large energy companies.

The plan of events for the preparation and holding of the energy forum envisages holding a press conference in September at the Presidential Plenipotentiary Office under the President of the Russian Federation in Moscow, forming an exposition of the Ural Energy Sector Exhibition, organizing the press center of the forum, holding a plenary session and roundtables as part of the forum.
