Bashkortostan consolidated budget surplus as of August 1 - 26.7 billion rubles

As of August 1, the consolidated budget of Bashkortostan has been executed in terms of revenues by 134 billion 965.4 million rubles, an increase of 23.5% compared to January-July of last year. The amount of financed expenditures is 108 billion 279 million rubles (plus 9.6%). Thus, the surplus amounted to 26.7 billion rubles. The data was published by the Ministry of Finance RB.

The main sources of income were a corporate income tax (40.5% of all tax and non-tax revenues), personal income tax (25.8%), property taxes (11%), excises (9.8%) and total income taxes (4.9%). In comparison with the indicators of January-July 2017, the corporate income tax increased by a factor of 1.7. This is due to compensation for losses under the settlement agreement between Sistema JSFC and JSOC Bashneft. The personal income tax revenues increased by 12.3%, property taxes increased by 21.1%.

Revenues from the use of state and municipal property amounted to 3.8% of all tax and non-tax revenues (4.4 billion rubles). Uncompensated receipts were 15.1% (20.3 billion).

The social component (78.6%) prevailed in the structure of spending.

The budget of the Republic of Bashkortostan for January-July was executed in revenues in the amount of 114.6 billion rubles, in expenditures - of 91.9 billion. Incomes of local budgets amounted to 52.6 billion rubles, expenditures - 48.6 billion rubles.
