Central Bank prepares to issue commemorative coins for 100th anniversary of Bashkiria formation

Commemorative coins of 3 and 50 rubles will be issued by the Central Bank of Russia in honor of the "100th Anniversary of the Republic's Formation". This is reported on the official website of the Central Bank. The release is scheduled for 2019.

The three ruble coins will be made of 925 silver. Three thousand copies will go into circulation.

The fifty-ruble coins of 999 gold will be made of one thousand copies.

Earlier it was reported that special stamps, envelopes, and postcards will also be issued for the anniversary of Bashkiria.

At present, more than 100 social facilities are being built and reconstructed in the region on the instructions of the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov in the framework of the preparations for the celebration of the 100th anniversary: hospitals, schools, kindergartens, sports facilities and others.
