Bashkiria announces new priority investment projects worth 36 billion rubles

Two new projects are included in the list of priority investment projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The decision was made the day before at a meeting of the profile commission under the chairmanship of the Minister of Economic Development of the republic Sergei Novikov.

In the territory of the Sterlitamak district of the republic, it is planned to build a modern highly efficient plant for soda ash production with a capacity of 1 million tons per year from the Greenfield stage. The initiator of the project is Taurus LLC. The total investment is 36 billion rubles. 700 new jobs will be created. The project will be supported by JSC "Development Corporation of the Bashkortostan Republic".

Another project involves a reconstruction of the dairy plant with raw milk processing capacity of 20 tons per day. It is located in the Krasnokamsk district and initiated by a sole trader L.V. Akhmarova. 110 million rubles will be spent and 25 jobs created in the course of the project implementation. The entrepreneur expects to receive benefits on income tax, investment tax loan, and subsidies.

For today the list of priority investment projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan includes 63 projects with a total value of over 203 billion rubles. In the case of their successful implementation, 13,200 new jobs will be created in the region.
