UMPO increased its net profit by 30% in first half of year

The PJSC "UEC-Ufa Engine-Building Production Association" (UMPO) increased its net profit by 30% in the first half of 2018, compared to January-June of the previous year: 5.9 billion rubles against 4.5 billion. Revenues increased by one quarter, from 27, 6 billion rubles to 34.5 billion, as follows from the financial statements of the company.

The UMPO Experts expect that in the coming years the main engine of growth for the aircraft construction development will be the growth of passenger and freight traffic. According to forecasts, by 2025 they will increase by 2 and 2,3 times, respectively. The civilian segment will grow faster than the military one, it is noted in the documents of the company.

By the beginning of the year, UEC -UMPO had a formed order book for 2018-2020 in the amount of 17.9 billion rubles and 1.07 billion US dollars.
