Bashkiria best cheese will be chosen at Milk Country Fest in Ufa

UFA, 8 August 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. In Ufa, a contest "The best cheese of Bashkortostan" will be held within the framework of the "Milk Country" festival. According to the Ministry of Agriculture RB, the professional jury will choose the best handmade and manufactured cheese of the republic. Agricultural cooperatives, farms, milk processing enterprises are invited to participate in the event.

The application form for participation should be submitted by August 20 via email: hasanova.ii@bashkortostan.ru, contact phone: 218-05-39.

The contest for the best cheeses will be held in the Congress Hall on Friday, August 24. The festival itself will be held on Salavat Yulaev Square on August 25.
