Chelyabinsk company filed for PJSC "NefAZ" bankruptcy

The Chelyabinsk Uralavtocom LLC filed an application to the arbitration court of Bashkiria to recognize a bankruptcy of PJSC NefAZ (part of KamAZ). The court registered the application today. It has not yet been set for hearing, Kommersant reports.
In July, Uralavtocom at second instance of the arbitration court recovered 4.7 million rubles from the car factory under the 2016 contract.
NefAZ produces dump trucks and other superstructures on the KamAZ chassis, semi-trailers and trailers, various tanks. KamAZ owns 50.02% stake in the authorized capital of the enterprise. The Regional Fund JSC (owned by Bashkiria) holds 28.5% of the shares. As a result of 2017, the plant received a net profit under RAS in the amount of 44.4 million rubles.
