All-Russian Field Day opened in Lipetsk region

UFA, 6 July 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. An official opening of the All-Russian Field Day was held in the Lipetsk region. Representatives of state and regional authorities took part in the solemn ceremony. Opening the event, the Russian Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev noted that "Agriculture has proved its strength": "In recent years, the contribution of the agribusiness to the country's GDP has been steadily growing, and this is due to what you are doing, thanks to your work," he stressed. Among the tasks facing the national agro-industrial complex, the minister named the labor productivity growth, the increase of value added from processing agricultural products, and the increase in exports.

"We have quite good potential to use our products as a planting material. In the future, taking into account the support that the Ministry of Agriculture and the Government of the Russian Federation will provide, we will be able to achieve good success", the delegates from Bashkortostan cited the words of the minister. Representatives of the republic take an active part in the events of the All-Russian Field Day, including in the plenary session, which will discuss the topical issues of the industry.
