From schools repair to new facilities construction: expert council meeting on budget investments was held in Ufa

On July 4, a meeting of the Expert Council on Budget Investments was held in the House of the Government of Bashkiria. The event was chaired by the Prime Minister of the Republican Government Rustem Mardanov.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development RB, the members of the council approved an allocation of budget funds for design and survey work in 2018 for several education facilities being in failing condition. These are schools in the village of Kubiyazy of the Askino district and the Ozera village of the Duvan district.

Another issue of the meeting was a coordination of the funds' allocation of the Republican targeted investment program for the construction of new engineering infrastructure facilities. It relates to gas supply and water supply to "Vostochny" neighborhood in the Bolsheustikinsky village of Mechetlino district. The total volume of budget investments will be about 29 million rubles.

Besides, additional works have been approved as part of the fortification structures reconstruction near the River Belaya - from the alignment of Belskaya Street to the railway bridge in the Kirov and Lenin neighborhoods of the city - at the expense of the allocated funds.

According to the department, special attention was paid to the issues related to the implementation of the project on facilities construction for the 100th anniversary of the Bashkortostan Republic’s formation.
