Bashkiria Government will support several investment projects

The Government of Bashkortostan will support a number of priority investment projects, as it became known following the commission work under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister RB Rustem Mardanov. According to the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the state will provide a property tax privilege for Sibaysky GOK JSC, which is implementing a project for the reconstruction of mine waters cleaning facilities at the Sibay and Kagarman deposits. (The total amount of investments is more than 1.56 billion rubles, new jobs - 44, the implementation period is 2018-2035).

The Tennis Sport Promotion LLC, which is constructing a Tennis Center in Levitan Street in Ufa (an investment of 52 million rubles, the project is due 2018-2019), will receive a land plot for lease without bidding.

Also at this meeting, the commission approved a conclusion of a concession agreement on the project of a private boarding house for elderly people with disabilities in the village of Sharipovo, Kushnarenkovo district, with the project initiator - Center of Social Services for Population "Doverie-K". The volume of planned investments amounts to 5,5 million rubles, the term of implementation - 25 years. Due to this public-private partnership project, 18 jobs will be created and 40 beds for elderly and disabled people will be available there.
