What jobs can teenagers take in Bashkortostan?

UFA, 1 June 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. By the Children's Day experts of the Headhunter's recruiting portal analyzed a state of the job market for adolescents. Since last fall, 18,000 adolescents created their resumes, and employers have posted more than 500 jobs.

In Bashkiria, a majority of job offers for adolescents were in such areas as "Administrative Staff", "Sales" and "Tourism, Hotels, Restaurants". They offer vacancies for promoters, couriers, operators of call-centers, maids, designers, SMM-managers, dispatchers.

Polls show that most parents are not against the employment of teenagers. They name an increase in the level of responsibility and independence, preparation for adulthood as the main advantage. But parents do not believe that the summer work will help to determine their future careers.
