Bashkiria budget grew to 182 billion rubles

UFA, 1 June 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. The 53rd session of the republican parliament was held in the State Assembly of Bashkiria. One of the key issues on the agenda was the draft law "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Bashkortostan" On the Budget of the Bashkortostan Republic for 2018 and for the Planning Period of 2019 and 2020". The amendments approved by the deputies provide an increase in the revenue part of the budget by 19.13 billion rubles, expenditures - by 11.02 billion, a deficit reduction by more than eight billion rubles.

"Taking into account these amendments, the revenue part of the budget will amount to more than 182 billion rubles", the Chairman of the State Assembly Konstantin Tolkachev informed.

According to him, the main part of new revenues - 16.48 billion - was contributed by the corporate income tax. In addition, the republic will receive additional subventions from the federal budget, revenues from the Fund for Assistance to the Reform of the Housing and Utility Services. Additional funds are planned to be spent on modernization of communal infrastructure facilities, construction and reconstruction of facilities for the 100th anniversary of the republic's formation, state support of the agro-industrial complex, increase of wages in various industries due to an increase in the minimum wage and the fulfillment of the May decrees of the President of Russia.
