36% of Bashkortostan residents dream of launching their own business

UFA, 28 May 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. 36% of residents of Bashkiria would like to open their own business, analysts of HeadHunter company studied out in a survey conducted in the Urals regions timed to the Day of the Entrepreneur (celebrated in Russia on May 26).
As it turned out, 22% of Chelyabinsk region residents are sure that they will be able to open their business in the next couple of years. The least number of those willing to do business is in the Kurgan region - 13%. Most of all business dreamers in Bashkiria and Sverdlovsk region - 36% and 33% respectively plan to do it one day, but not now.
Often people having tried to run their own business return to hired work. There were 8% of them in Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk and Kurgan regions, as well as in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District, 7% in the Perm Territory and Yamal. 5% of entrepreneurs preferred to return to work for hire in Bashkiria and the Tyumen region.
