Investment agreements signed on SPIEF sidelines

The Ministry of Economic Development of Bashkortostan and the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan signed a number of investment agreements and agreements of intent on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg Economic Forum.

An investment agreement was signed between the Government RB and UniStroy LLC in the field of industry: it is planned to build a plant for the production of cosmetic and textile auxiliaries in Blagoveshchensk. The volume of investments is 944 million rubles with the creation of 140 jobs. The term of the project is until 2019. The company claims for state support in the form of property taxes and income tax benefits.

The following agreements were signed in the agro-industrial complex:

An agreement of intent between the Government RB and LLC "BASHMILK AGRO". It relates to the establishment of commodity-dairy farms for 10 000 heads in the territory of Bakaly district. The planned volume of investments is 9-12 billion rubles. 300 people will be employed. The project implementation period is 2020-2022.

The agreement of intent between the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan and LLC Oleochemiks provides for the organization of rapeseed and grain crops production in the Askino district. The cost of the project is 1.6 billion rubles, with the creation of 149 new jobs and a period of implementation until 2020.

Oleochemiks LLC plans to build a rapeseed processing plant with a capacity of more than 30,000 tons of seeds per year and production of vegetable oil over 10,000 tons per year, as well as to construct an elevator with a capacity of one-time storage of 50,000 tons.

The investment agreement between the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan and LLC "Farmer's meat-processing company" will build a pork, beef and chicken meat processing workshop (from local producers), produce sausages, smoked products, and semi-finished products, and then sell finished products through its own chain of branded stores. The project is located in Ufa and Ufa district. The volume of capital investments will amount to 103.8 million rubles. There are 140 new jobs created. The project implementation period is within 2018. The company claims to receive state support in the form of property and income tax benefits.

The agreement of intent between the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan and SAVA Agro Usen LLC provides for the construction of a dairy-commodity complex for 4,800 cows of milking cows for a total of 3.8 billion rubles and creation of 20 jobs. The complex will reach full capacity by 2020.

In the construction sphere, the Government RB concluded an investment agreement with the "Ural Industrial Construction Company". The project provides for the construction of a plant of reinforced concrete products in the Dema district of Ufa. The amount of investments is 751.5 million rubles. 94 people will be employed. The investment period is until 2024. The "Ural Industrial Construction Company" LLC will be provided with appropriate tax incentives.

In addition, cooperation agreements were signed between Red Fox Production Company LLC, SaLiZ LLC and Polyplastic Group LLC and the Development Corporation RB.
