Bashkiria Government will support entrepreneurs developing fish farming

The Government of Bashkortostan approved a procedure for granting subsidies from the republican budget for reimbursement of part of the costs of paying interest on loans received in Russian banks for the purchase of feed and fish planting materials, construction, reconstruction and modernization of commercial aquaculture facilities. Entrepreneurs will be reimbursed part of the cost of repaying interest on loans in the amount of up to 100% of the key rate.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture RB, in February 2018, an agreement was signed between the Government of the republic and the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia on granting a subsidy to the republican budget for reimbursement of part of the costs for the development of fish farming and, in particular, commodity sturgeon breeding. In April, the republic received 793 thousand rubles from the federal budget for these purposes. Funds of the republican budget for co-financing are also allocated. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Bashkortostan Rustem Mardanov instructed to consider a possibility of increasing the sum of subsidies and expanding the list of their recipients, the press service of the Cabinet informs.
