Milk production is growing in Bashkortostan

UFA, 14 May 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. Since the beginning of the year, 501.6 thousand tons of milk have been produced by all types of Bashkir farms, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture RB reported.

At the same time, an average of 1,834 kg of milk was received from each cow in agricultural enterprises and farms in the region. This is by 75 kg more than the last year.

The Uchaly, Aurgazy, and Chekmagush districts are among the leaders. Since the beginning of the year, the yield from each cow in these areas of Bashkiria ranges from 2,512 to 2,586 kg.
