"Golden Kurai" project organizers found investors from Iran ready to invest 20 billion rubles in Ufa

UFA, 19 April 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. Representatives of Zolotoy Kurai LLC and Iranian company ETEMAD Co. signed an investment agreement in Ufa, which provides for the financing of a tourist and business complex construction, a residential community and social facilities in the Karmaskaly district (15-minute drive from the airport). This was reported by the press service of the CCI RB. The Iranian side is ready to invest 20 billion rubles in the project and plans to become one of the founders of the joint venture.

"According to our plan, the complex should become a venue for congress events at the national and federal level, it will help attracting Russian and foreign tourists, organize corporate, family vacations," explained Gyuzel Ishmiyarova, the general director of Golden Kuray LLC. "The Iranian partners are ready to organize groups of tourists for recreation in Bashkortostan, but not all of our sanatoriums, recreation centers are ready to simultaneously accommodate a group even of 50-60 people. Our complex will be designed for simultaneous reception of three thousand tourists".

The management of the company "Golden Kuray" expects, in cooperation with the investor, to complete a construction of the complex by 2020, when the republic will have to host the World Folklore Festival.

According to the Development Corporation of the Republic of Iran, the Iranian ETEMAD Infrastructure Industry Independent Consultants Ltd has experience of long-term cooperation with the United States, Great Britain, Turkey, Iraq and other countries in oil refining and construction.
