Funds deposited in household accounts were calculated in Bashkiria

UFA, 10 April 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. According to the Branch - National Bank for Bashkortostan, the number of household deposits in credit institutions by March 1 of this year amounted to 356.7 billion rubles. The growth rate by the beginning of the year was 97.8 percent.

In general, in Russia, deposits of individuals in credit institutions by the beginning of February amounted to 25,865.1 billion rubles, compared with 26,092.6 billion, as of January 1, 2018.

A total of 61 credit organizations operate in the territory of Bashkortostan. These are 986 banking units. Our republic still ranks second in the Volga Federal District and sixth in Russia by the number of banking units operating in the region.

Bashkortostan takes the fourth place in the Volga Federal District in terms of household deposits and the 13th in Russia.

As reported by the Bashinform News Agency, the volume of deposits of the republican residents for 2017 grew by 8.2% against the nationwide 7.4% and reached 364.6 billion rubles by the beginning of 2018.
