Euro rate has risen above 72 rubles for first time since August 2017

UFA, 10 April 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. In the course of trading at the Moscow Stock Exchange, the euro exceeded the figure of 72 rubles yesterday morning for the first time since August 3 of last year, «Izvestia» reports.

According to the information at 10.30, the euro rate was 72.055 rubles, having added 67.5 kopecks to the previous day-end closing.

The dollar approached the cost of 59 rubles, adding to the previous level of 52.5 kopecks. At the moment, the dollar trades at 58.7 rubles.

As the newspaper notes, on March 26, amid reports of the expulsion of Russian diplomats from the EU countries, the euro's rate exceeded the level of 71 rubles.
