Bashkiria rose from 40th to 13th position in National Investment Climate Rating

Bashkortostan rose in the National Investment Climate Rating in the Russian Federation from 40th position in 2015 to the 20th in 2016 and 13th in 2017. According to the Ministry of Economic Development RB, the following results were achieved in the republic: registration of a legal entity takes eight days (earlier 11), opening of a bank account - one day (five), registration of ownership rights - six days (seven), cadastral registration - four to five days (10), approval of a land plot layout - 18 days (previously took a month), assignment of the address to the property takes on average 11 days (previously 15), connection to the electricity networks - 42 days (89), to gas - 135 days.

Investors receive state support at several levels: subsidies (non-repayable) at the initial stage of business formation, guarantee granting at borrowing funds at the Fund for Small Businesses Development and Support and partner banks, targeted support, they can use the services of the Regional Leasing Company.

Last year, investment projects of the republic with a total investment of 156.4 billion rubles received tax benefits of 22 billion. Tax preferences are used by investors located at priority development areas, concluded public-private partnership agreements that implement environmental projects.

In general, following the results of 2017, the plan to implement the best practices of the National Investment Climate Rating in the regions of the Russian Federation was fulfilled by 99.4%.
