280 objects were included in facilities list for public-private partnership in Bashkiria

UFA, 3 April 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. In Bashkiria, 280 objects were included in the list of facilities for transfer to management within a public-private partnership. This was reported at a press conference of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Bashkortostan held yesterday at the Bashinform News Agency.

Currently, six concession agreements have been concluded with a total investment sum of more than 35 billion rubles. The largest of them is the Eastern Exit from Ufa - 34 billion rubles. Investments in the water supply and heating system of the city of Oktyabrsky amounted to 650 million rubles, the reconstruction of the maternity hospital of the city of Salavat - 286 million. The investment project of the water supply and sewage treatment system in Birsk is financed for 70 million, the heat supply system in Fedorovka district - by 13.8 million, the boarding house for the elderly and disabled people in the village of Irsaevo, Mishkino district - by 5 million rubles.

The Government of the Republic has established a zero percentage of the property tax for the investor-concessionaire.
