Rustem Khamitov announced results of agricultural machinery purchase subsidizing program

UFA, 14 March 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/. At a plenary session of the Agro-Industrial Forum, the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov announced provisional results of the republican subsidizing program on modern agricultural machinery purchase by agrarians.

“We have implemented a program in the republic that allows us to modernize outdated equipment and machinery every year. We subsidize agriculture quite well", marked the head of the region. “As a result, over 3,500 modern tractors, more than 1,5 thousand combine harvesters, almost 300 self-propelled harvesters, other types of equipment produced locally and in the Russian Federation, were purchased for seven years.”

Rustem Khamitov also spoke about the plans for agricultural machinery production in the territory of Bashkortostan.

“The BashAgroMash company is accredited in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation to participate in the federal subsidy program for Russian machinery manufacturers,” he said. “In the city of Blagoveshchensk, a tractor assembling facility is launched jointly with our Chinese partners from the "Shifeng" company. Some of these products are already presented at the exhibition here. These are quite good vehicles. The volume of production at this enterprise will be significant, exceeding several thousand vehicles a year.”
