Bashkortostan will become one of environmentally friendly products centers - Rustem Khamitov

UFA, 14 March 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/. Production of organic, environmentally friendly products should be one of the areas for the republican agriculture development. The Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov stated this at a plenary session of the Agro-Industrial Forum in Ufa.

“Preservation of soil fertility, effective use of the bioresource potential of the land are the main principles of the "green economy". Organic products, ecologically clean, healthy foods are a niche, which we also began to master", said Rustem Khamitov. "I am sure that the Republic of Bashkortostan will be one of the centers to produce environmentally friendly and wholesome food in Russia.”

According to the Head of the Region, the republican products have proved themselves well in the Russian market.

“Generally speaking, the brand of Bashkortostan - "Made in Bashkortostan", let alone "Bashkir Honey", is well known in our country and is in demand. And we are not going to lower the bar”, stressed Rustem Khamitov.
