Bashkortostan is in top five best regions of Volga Federal District in housing construction

In January of this year, Bashkiria is in the fourth place in terms of residential buildings commissioning among the regions of the Volga Federal District. The republic takes the sixth place in terms of housing commissioned per capita, Gosstroy of Bashkiria informs.

Thus, in January of this year, 1077 apartments with a total area of 99.7 thousand square meters were put into operation. In percentage terms, this is 57.6% by January 2017.

At that 84.4% of the constructed housing or 84.2 thousand square metres fell on individual housing construction. The rest of the housing was built in the republic in a contract way.

In January 2018, 5 million square meters of housing were put into operation nationwide. This is by 16.3% more than in January last year.
