Rosneft abandoned second claim to Sistema JSFC

UFA, 13 March 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. Rosneft Oil Company abandoned filing a second claim against Sistema for 131.6 billion rubles, the federal media reported. This happened after Sistema fulfilled the terms of the December agreement on the first lawsuit (by 170 billion rubles), having paid the plaintiffs a stipulated amount of 100 billion rubles.

On March 12, the Arbitration Court of Bashkiria registered three petitions of Rosneft - on withdrawal of the second claim and removal of injunctive remedies on each of the claims.
