Bashkir agro-industry will strive for technological breakthrough - Ministry of Agriculture RB

The Agro-Industrial Forum opening on March 13 in Ufa will be a continuation of training events for agrarians of the republic, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture RB Ilshat Fazrakhmanov said at a press conference. The training began in January with seminars for agronomists and farmers, a strategic session for deputy heads of administrations on agriculture and heads of agricultural administrations. Agronomic conferences on five zones are planned.

The program of the forum focuses on new technologies and new ideas in the agro-industrial complex, the minister said. More than 160 speakers - experts in their fields confirmed their participation. They are academicians and scientists, heads of seven branch unions and associations of Russia, experts from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic, the Russian Embassy in Austria, the German-Russian agrarian-political dialogue (the project of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture of Germany), the Association of Bio-Enterprises of Bavaria.

"They have practices to adopt and to learn. The regional agro-industrial complex will strive for a technological breakthrough", Ilshat Fazrakhmanov said. "And we need to do this today, until the borders for imported products are closed. It is important to have time to take our niche. Certainly, we cannot do here without modern knowledge and competencies, project management".
