Sistema paid Bashneft 100 billion rubles as part of friendly settlement

UFA, 6 March 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. Sistema JSFC has transferred a final tranche in the amount of 40 billion rubles to PJSOC Bashneft, Rosneft Oil Company and the Ministry of Property of Bashkiria, the corporation reports.

Total, the payment amounted to 100 billion rubles. Initially, the claims of plaintiffs for the inefficient management of Bashneft amounted to 136 billion rubles.

According to the agreement concluded at the end of 2017, Sistema was supposed to pay compensation until April of this year.
