New housing prices become known in Bashkiria

UFA, 26 February 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The Bashkortostan Statistics Agency reported average prices for housing in the primary and secondary markets of the republic.

According to preliminary statistics data, the cost per square meter in new buildings reached on average 52.2 thousand rubles by the end of last year. In the first quarter of 2017, one square meter of housing was estimated at 51.5 thousand rubles.

The cost of apartments is traditionally lower in the secondary market: an average of 48.8 thousand rubles per square meter at the end of the year against 49.8 thousand in the first quarter of 2017.

As reported by the Bashinform News Agency, last year 2460.4 thousand square meters of housing were built in Bashkiria.

"Total, in Russia, including in our republic, a decline in housing construction was observed last year - 91.2% compared to the level of 2016. At the same time, the nationwide decline was 2.1%. According to this indicator, the republic is included in the first ten regions of the country and since 2013 is the leader in terms of commissioned housing among the subjects of the Volga Federal District", said the Deputy Chairman of the State Construction Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan Egor Rodin.
