Bashkortostan Property Ministry decided to direct dividends for Bashspirt and Ufa Airport development

UFA, 19 February 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. The Ministry of Property of Bashkortostan will not receive dividends from two large joint-stock companies - Bashspirt and Ufa International Airport (owned by the republic) in 2018. The funds will remain at the companies’ disposal for the investment projects implementation, said the head of the department and the Deputy Prime Minister RB Evgeny Guriev at a final panel.

"At this stage, we believe the republic can refuse from receiving dividends. Given that the ongoing investment project will further increase revenues, and the net profit respectively. The approximate profit of the airport in 2017 is 500 million rubles. We could get 25-35% of this amount (at least 125 million rubles), but we leave it for its further development", said the Deputy Prime Minister.

Recall, the airport is upgrading the terminal of domestic airlines. "Bashspirt" undergoes modernization of production and construction of new premises near Bulgakovo settlement.
