We would like to implement some projects jointly with VTB - Rustem Khamitov

UFA, 16 February 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/. The Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov met with the Vice President and Chairman of the Board of VTB Bank Denis Bortnikov on the sidelines of the Sochi 2018 Russian Investment Forum.

The parties discussed issues of the bank's participation in priority projects in various fields, further expansion of cooperation in the field of support and development of the economy real sector in the republic.

"We have been working productively and for a long period of time with your bank", Rustem Khamitov said. "There are projects that we would like to implement jointly in the sphere of housing and utility services, construction of new enterprises and development of infrastructure".

"Bashkortostan is one of the largest regions of our country with a high potential for business development. VTB together with the Government of the Republic is already successfully implementing significant projects here", Denis Bortnikov stated commenting on the results of the meeting. "We hope that our support will further strengthen the economy of the region".
