Statisticians announced food prices in Bashkortostan

UFA, 8 February 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. Republican statisticians reported consumer prices for socially significant products in January this year.
According to the selective monitoring of the Bashkortostan Statistics Agency, a kilogram of beef (except for boneless meat) cost 303 rubles in January, pork - 231 rubles, lamb - 353 rubles, chilled and frozen chicken - 109, frozen fish - 144 rubles.
Butter and sunflower oil could be purchased on average for 493 and 92 rubles, respectively.
The average cost of whole pasteurized milk in January amounted to almost 46 rubles, whole sterilized milk - 61 rubles per liter.
A pack of ten chicken eggs had a price of 47 rubles on average.
A kilogram of sugar, black tea and salt cost 32, 702 and 9 rubles, respectively.
The cost of bread and bakery products in the region amounted to almost 44 rubles, flour – 27 rubles, pasta - 45 rubles.
As for cereals, polished rice could be purchased for an average of 50 rubles per kilogram, millet for 26, buckwheat groats for 37 rubles.
Traditionally, vegetables are one of the most affordable products included in the consumer basket. Thus, the January price of potatoes in Bashkiria was about 23 rubles per kilogram, fresh cabbage - 15, onions and carrots - 20 rubles.
