Moody's Investors Service Agency upgraded Bashkortostan outlook

UFA, 31 January 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. The long-term credit rating of the Republic of Bashkortostan is affirmed at "Ва2", the outlook is changed from "Stable" to "Positive". This decision was made on January 29 by the international rating agency Moody's Investors Service.

According to analysts, the rating of the republic reflects a high level of indicators of the budget balance. Positive factors that determine the creditworthiness of the region are high liquidity indicators, low debt burden, conservative fiscal policy, and sustainable economic development.

Thus, to date, Bashkortostan has a credit rating at the same level as Tatarstan, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District and Moscow region.
