Bashkortostan residents have to save up for 14 years to buy their own house

UFA, 30 January 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. An average inhabitant of Bashkiria will have to save up his whole average salary for 14 years to buy a detached house, analysts of the "Mir Kvartir" federal resource have estimated.
The calculations did not take into account an elite segment of real estate. The Rosstat data on the average salary level in the regions for October 2017 were taken.
It turned out that a resident of the Magadan Region will be the quickest to save up for his own house, where house prices are rather low - about 2.8 million rubles, and salaries are higher than in Moscow - almost 73 thousand rubles.
It will go hard with an average Crimean resident, who will have to put aside his salary for 44 years: the average salary is less than 26 thousand rubles there, and the cost of a house is almost 14 million rubles.
Muscovite will save up for 23 years with a salary of 70 thousand rubles, a resident of the Moscow region - 26 years with a salary of 46 thousand. It will take 21 years for a resident of St. Petersburg with an average salary of 54 thousand, and 15 years for a resident of Leningrad region with a salary of 38.5 thousand rubles.
In Bashkiria an average price of a detached house is about 5 million rubles, and an average salary amounts to 30,000 rubles.
