Bashkiria residents prefer to buy property in Moscow and Crimea

UFA, 30 January 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/. According to the Office of the Rosreest for Bashkortostan (Federal Agency for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography), last year the residents of the republic submitted 2,155 applications for cadastral registration of titles to houses, apartments and land plots located in other Russian regions.

Most often they bought real estate, including mortgage housing or participated in shared construction, or received it as a legacy. Citizens carried out transactions with land, houses and apartments in 41 regions of the country, mainly in Moscow, the Moscow Region, St. Petersburg, the Leningrad Region, the Krasnodar Territory and Crimea.

3,472 applications for state registration of rights and state cadastral registration were received from residents of other subjects of Russia, the Office of the Rosreest for Bashkortostan informs.

The department reminds that in Ufa an office was opened at the address: 50 let USSR, 30/5, where real estate can be registered on an extraterritorial basis. That is, when buying a house, apartment or land plot in a separate district, or receiving a legacy, residents of Bashkortostan now do not have to make tiresome trips.
