Russian government will allocate 14.5 billion rubles to implement "May" decrees
UFA, 24 January 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. This year, the federal budget will allocate 14.5 billion rubles for the execution of the "May" presidential decrees, the government reports. 7.2 billion rubles are allocated for education, 3.4 billion for science, 3.4 billion rubles for healthcare and 0.5 billion rubles for culture.
The program for the social guarantees development approved by Vladimir Putin in 2012 contained the parameters that the Russian economy must reach during his presidential term. They also included a decree on raising the wages of public sector employees to 100% or 200% of the average wage in a region by 2017. This increased a burden on the regional budgets, of which such expenses are financed, so later the deadline for execution of the decree was "stretched" until 2018, "Prime" reminds.
