New brand may appear in Russia - Tula gingerbread with Bashkir honey

UFA, 18 January 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The first business meeting of Bashkir, Tula and Chelyabinsk businessmen was held in Ufa, dedicated to creation of the joint brand "Tula Gingerbread with Bashkir Honey".

"The purpose of our visit is to find suppliers of honey, potential partners who will be able to sell Tula gingerbread with Bashkir honey. Bashkir honey, like the Tula gingerbread, is a gastronomic brand. Combining the two brands, we are strengthening the purchasing power of the product," Olga Petrova, the marketing director of one of the Tula confectionery factories commented on to the Bashinform News Agency.

Test sales of gingerbread with Bashkir honey in the Tula region started on January 17.

"Tula gingerbread is a super brand, known everywhere. I hope that our today's meeting is a start of our great teamwork, promotion of two brands: the Tula gingerbread and Bashkir honey. Let's work together," Azamat Galin, the deputy chairman of the State Committee for Entrepreneurship and Tourism, addressed to the guests.
