UFA, 28 December 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. The Superjob.ru research center found out from representatives of 500 Russian companies whether they will pay staff the year-end awards on the eve of the holiday.
14% of companies promise annual bonuses to all employees. 19% of employers award only some employees or departments. 35% of companies refused from paying bonuses at all. 32% of the interviewed workers do not know about the decision of the management regarding the payment of annual premiums.
The study also showed that more and more companies did not pay New Year's bonuses in 2014, due to introduction of sanctions and deterioration of the economic situation. The same situation was in 2016 too.
Today, the number of companies that do not pay annual bonuses is one of the lowest in nine years of observations (35%), while almost one third of companies (32%) have yet to decide.
