Mortgage rates fell in Bashkiria - Gosstroy

UFA, 22 December 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. The level of rates on mortgage loans in the republic was 11 percent as of November 1 of this year, which is 1.9 percentage points less than a year ago, according to Gosstroy of Bashkortostan.

In the first 10 months of 2017, 28.7 thousand mortgage loans were issued in the region for a total of 44,179.3 million rubles. This is 20.1 and 30.2 percent more than for the same period in 2016.

As reported by the Bashinform News Agency, residents of Bashkortostan almost twice as often began to take on housing loans in Sberbank.

In 2017, rates on mortgage lending declined very noticeably. Now is definitely the best time to take a mortgage. Further reduction of mortgage rates is possible, but, most likely, it will be insignificant, experts say.
